Detroit's image has been tarnished in recent years by closing car factories, decrepit city blocks, and a declining population. With all the bad news, it might come as a surprise to learn that new businesses are actually opening in the city. One new business, On the Rise Bakery, is trying to extend a hand to the city's most down-and-out population.
