Four years ago, Katie Davis was homecoming queen at her high school in Brentwood, Tennessee. After graduating, she went to Uganda to teach kindergarten at an orphanage.

Today, Katie is the 22-year-old single mother of 13 girls in Uganda. Her non-profit organization, Amazima, pays for 400 children to go to school and feeds another thousand almost every day.
